Cherry Time

It's cherry mania around here lately! The kids and I went to our neighbors where we picked 120# of cherries. Then we spent the next 4 days freezing, canning, and drying them.

51 pints of sweet cherry jam, which my husband has claimed to be his for mixing with BBQ sauce. The kids and I like it on Ritz crackers with some cream cheese.
